2. B2B Services & Quotations

Bizmindnexus International provides high-end B2B consultancy, web development, SEO strategies, and custom mobile app solutions. The specifics of any contracted service, including timelines and billing, will be entirely documented in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) upon an approved quotation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Client Responsibilities

Users who request digital services must provide accurate and complete materials when participating in a digital transformation project. Delays in asset delivery from the client may impact agreed-upon timelines. Users also agree not to deploy malicious scripts or attempt unauthorized breaches into the client portals.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in a competent court residing in Sri Lanka.
